I help busy professionals build strength that lasts a lifetime,
through a physical practice.
When life gets in the way, a programme breaks.
A practice adapts.
"I work on principles, ones you understand so deeply that when life interrupts, you adapt rather than restart. That is the difference between a system and a schedule."
Sleep, stress, nutrition, and recovery are not separate from practice; they are the practice. An approach that ignores context is simply adding load to an already overloaded system. We look at everything.
Aesthetics are a byproduct, not a goal. A body that can move freely in any environment, lift something heavy from the floor, balance, coordinate, and express itself without getting hurt is worth infinitely more than one that simply looks strong. That is the standard I work toward.
The benchmark is not how you feel at 35. It is how you move at 65, 75, 85. We build tendons and joints, not just muscle. We warm up like it matters, because it does.
"Aesthetics are a byproduct.— Cristian Caratti
The real goal is simpler: move through life well,
for as long as you can."
Face-to-face sessions in London. We assess how you move, identify what actually needs work, and build a practice around your real life, not an idealised version of it.
For busy professionals who travel, work remotely, or simply prefer flexibility. Full programming, regular video check-ins, and direct access when questions come up. Distance changes nothing about the depth.
I have been moving seriously for over 30 years, through bodybuilding, running, strength training, calisthenics, gymnastics, martial arts, climbing, and movement practice. The practice has changed shape many times. What has never changed is the intention behind it.
I have never stopped learning and I never will. My movement vocabulary is still expanding: balance, coordination, new patterns, and new disciplines. I am obsessed with what the body can do and how it can be taught to do more. That obsession is what drives everything I bring to the people I work with.
Before this, I spent a decade in enterprise software, building frameworks for how complex organisations adopt and retain systems. That way of thinking, principled, adaptive, outcome-focused, is exactly how I approach a physical practice.
