About

As an artist inspired by Europe’s rich cultural and artistic heritage, I blend Postmodern Landscape Painting with Contemporary History Painting to create works that juxtapose realistic and imaginary landscapes with historical and symbolic references.

My art, deeply infused with themes from the great masters and, reflects on the past while addressing today’s themes.

Utilizing various materials and techniques, such as layers of paint, glazes, and mixed media, I imbue my paintings with complexity and depth, narrating the passage of time, decay, and transformation. This fusion of realism, abstraction, and expressionism invites viewers into a space of ambiguity and reflection, urging them to explore their interpretations.

My work aims to engage the viewer on multiple levels, sparking curiosity and a sense of wonder while emphasizing the importance of environmental stewardship and the beauty of nature. By re-elaborating on traditional themes with a contemporary perspective, I strive to contribute to the artistic dialogue, creating pieces that are both unique and part of a broader conversation on nature and human impact.
